Analog clock style Time Picker

Is their a way to use to time picker with the modern analog-clock style time picker. Some like this : Date-Time picker

I tried using the cordova’s default datepicker plugin. But that is pretty old fashion.

Or can i use jquery with ionic 2 to achieve this
