"Accordion" with manually dragging hidden scope?

Hi.
I need to realize some functionality with div’s or list’s.
I have a ‘DIV’, and when I click to this DIV and moving mouse down, this block should going down with opening another top hidden DIV. Something like menu sidebar, if we are swiping from left to right, menu sidebar will showing.

Question: How I can realize this functionality?
