Access list of game apps installed on android or ios

I want to know if there is anyway to get the list of all the game apps and usage time of those game apps that are installed on android or ios.

Its for an app to identify if kids are addicted to games or not.

You need native code to help you with that.

Privacy intrusion targeted at kids - worse.

That said: Google a bit, there are ways to find out if items of a big list of apps are installed. There are also Cordova plugins for finding out if one app is installed.
