Upgraded the local CLI => ionic serve starts crashing every time i navigate in the app.
downgrading to “ionic”: “3.9.2” in package.json works.

I rollback to 3.9.2.
How is this kind of big bug released?

I did the same. 
Probably by someone doing an honest mistake.
Did you test the nightly version of the CLI and report this bug and it got released anyway? No? Well, then there is no reason to complain.

This is not a common error, this is the first thing you see using the build. That’s what I’m referring to.
I just tried version 3.10.3 and works great!!!
