When Xcode clear and run on the device plugin got error

Clear and run on the iphone, plugin got this error:

2015-11-04 18:46:13.254 DEMO[6496:799283] ERROR: Plugin ‘Device’ not found, or is not a CDVPlugin. Check your plugin mapping in config.xml.

But command + R run again, it 's ok. Clear and run I got this error again.

I resoved it after research the objectiv-c code.

I found 2 config.xml in the project. One is in root and one is in Staging/config.xml of Xcode project.
I copy Staging/config.xml to root/config.xml.
It’s worked.
