I have a website which fully responsive, I want to make Mobile app and will publish it in google store.Can any one give me a guide how i can build app for my site.I tried to use Visual editor for app but its not showing any weburl where i can load my site to make like app

If you are asking if you can build an app from your existing web project, you can’t unless you made that website with some framework like ionic.
Of not, since you are familiar with web dev, I suggest you give ionic framework a try.

I don’t know about Google, but Apple will almost certainly reject an “app” that is just a veneer over a website.
