Video File Encryption after Download

Hi Sir/Ma’am,

How to encrypt video file while downloading in Mobile Device ?
My requirement is that i want user to download video in mobile device but must not open outside ionic app.
He must play video file offline only through Ionic App.

I have tried all the ionic cordova plugins, they are not working in my knowledge.
if there is still better way, please let me know.

Please guide me, how can it be possible ?
What could be the best technique ?

I believe your requirement to be unfulfillable. Even if the video were to be encrypted, the fact that it must be viewable offline means that all the information necessary to decrypt it must be available to the user on device.
