How to update the Ionic in the existing project?

Hello guys, The Ionic is awesome, but now, when it’s released, i have a trouble. Explain please: how could i update the ionic project? i have not finished the one and want to update the framework. But i haven’t found any ideas how to update it without starting a new one. Thanks!
