Unable to Upload Ionic Window App to window store

Hi,

I am getting the displaypublishername error on validating the package. Please Help.

                                    Package

acceptance validation error: The PublisherDisplayName element in the
app manifest of CordovaApp.Phone_0.0.1.0_anycpu.appx is Your Name Here,
which doesn’t match your publisher display name

Provide a step by step guide for submiting the ionic app to window store

Same here, can’t find a way to easily sign the App… Found any solutions already??

I have figured it out by opening that platform project in visual studio…then attach it to windows store and upload it to store…

I am also getting windows update error 80070103 while trying to sign the app. Any solution to fix this error?
