Two tabs on a single route?

I need some help configuring tabs.

I’m creating an angular app using v4 of the framework.

The desire is to have a single page with two tabs. The first tab has some configuration settings, the second tab shows a JSON object created by the configuration settings (just showing the JSON string).

Your current doc examples show two separate routes. However, I want a single route with two different displays - again, first, a configuration settings and, second, the resulting JSON.

Is this possible? If so, can you provide some direction on this?

Thanks!

Hi there. I’m a beginner, but I’m trying to help others in order to get helped :smiley: have you ever saw the Ionic segment?

// first of all, a bar wich will contain your page options
<div padding>
  <ion-segment [(ngModel)]="options">
    <ion-segment-button value="firstPage">
      Your Configuration
    </ion-segment-button>
    <ion-segment-button value="secondPage">
      How it will end
    </ion-segment-button>
  </ion-segment>
</div>

// second, this will be each page, configured separated
<div [ngSwitch]="options">
  <ion-list *ngSwitchCase="'firstPage'">
    <ion-item>
      // your configuration goes here
    </ion-item>
    ...
  </ion-list>

  <ion-list *ngSwitchCase="'secondPage'">
    <ion-item>
      // your final configuration goes here to show to the user
    </ion-item>
    ...
  </ion-list>
</div>

as I don’t know what you want show, or configure, I just set as coment. Hope there’s something useful there :smiley:
