If you are viewing a tab that has an “ng-if” on it, then perform an action that sets the “ng-if” condition to false and try to transition to another state, the transition half fails. The only way I was able to make it work with the “ng-if” was to wait to set the “ng-if” condition to false when I got the viewEntered event in the new state.
I munged together the starter tab app: http://codepen.io/anon/pen/doyazz to illustrate the issue.
The “login” page has an ‘allow’ button and a ‘disallow’ button just to switch off a tab. Click on ‘allow’, go to the ‘Account’ tab, and then click ‘Logout’.
Is this an ionic issue or an Angular issue?
