Starter project complex-list and tabs are the same thing now?

I just updated to the latest ionic release, and created test projects using the tabs and complex-list starter project templates, and they are the same. I’m not sure if that’s by design in this release, since technically the complex-list template IS a tabs template, but the tabs template was a good bit simpler to get started with.

The complex list template isn’t anything

Its just a readme at the moment, we need to implement it.
Since there’s nothing in the repo, the ionic cli will just fall back to the tabs project.

Ahhh, that explains it! What threw me was the plunker referenced in the README for the tabs demo does not match the tabs demo code anymore.
