# Slides do not work using navCtrl.push

If there are Slides in one page eg: home.html and you push another page that contains Slides, the second page’s Slides do not function properly. eg: `this.navCtrl.push(SecondSlidepage);`  
However, if you use `navCtrl.setRoot(SecondSlidepage)`; they do.

Is this a known and/or New problem?  
Is there a way around this?
