I have a general home that have a sidemenu and a grid - here the codepen :http://codepen.io/weareburo/pen/cnCBi -
Items in the grid (view) would open a Dialog. I’d like to put the same sidemenu function in this opened dialog with some different menu element and get a view in my dialog to replay the same menu animation.
Is that clear ? So two sidemenu and one in a dialog.

I’m not seeing where a dialog opens in your sample. I couldn’t cause one to open anywhere.
Having a side menu IN a dialog sounds like a pretty niche use case. I’m not sure the dev team is likely to support that type of feature out of the box. I think you’ll need to roll your own.
BTW : I like your side menu. It’s pretty nice looking.
