scrollView.option throws error on Android 4.4.2

Android 4.4.2 throwing TypeError “Cannot read property ‘options’ of null” for scrollView
I am using 1.0.0-rc.3, Tested with rc-4 didnt work either.

TypeError: Cannot read property ‘options’ of null at line below (in bold)

if (!isDefined(scrollViewOptions.bouncing)) {
    ionic.Platform.ready(function() {
      **if (scrollView.options) {**
        scrollView.options.bouncing = true;
        if (ionic.Platform.isAndroid()) {
          // No bouncing by default on Android
          scrollView.options.bouncing = false;
          // Faster scroll decel
          scrollView.options.deceleration = 0.95;
        }
      }
    });
  }

Tested with 1.1.0 have the same error

Also getting this error when having native scrolling activated in android:

if(ionic.Platform.isAndroid()){
    $ionicConfigProvider.scrolling.jsScrolling(false)
  }

I’m getting this same issue in my unit tests, in both PhantomJS2 and Chrome. I added a comment in a bug ticket about this same issue: https://github.com/driftyco/ionic/issues/2562

Getting the same issue, does anyone know if it’s a result of a missing attribute? Looking under the ion-content docs it shows all of the attributes as optional so I’m left guessing.

Messing around with it makes me think it’s a faulty race condition because for the same instances it only happens sometimes
