I am working on a vue + capacitor app with ionic but I am facing one issue maybe that’s default of ionic, which is:
”When I visit a page and scroll down to bottom or mid and click a button and navigate another screen, and click on ion-back-button, it comes back to the same position rather than going to top like I have opened in first place.”

I would say this is normal/expected behavior. Let’s say if you are scrolling through a list of posts, you open a post, and go back, you want it to go back to where you left off and not back to the top of the list.
I checked two apps that I use regularly (BlueSky and Strava) and they both work this way - clicking on a post and going back along with switching between tabs.
If you do want to scroll back to the top, you can do so yourself. One option is the scrollToTop on IonContent.
