Remove top bar in windows

I am trying to remove the top bar (the one with the app title, close and minimize button) on a Windows app.

This plugin appears to do what I need cordova-fs-plugin-fullscreen just not sure how to get it to work in my ionic app.

Any help is appreciated.

Try adding this to your navbar showWhen="android,ios"

Thanks for the response but I am not trying to remove the navbar I am trying to put the app in full-screen mode and remove the minimize, close buttons.
