Have you managed to get an answer to your question?

I am also looking to deploy my app to a web server accessible through a web browser, but there it obviously does not have access to cordova plugins. Have you managed to get push notifications working?

I haven’t heard from anyone and not yet implemented. I am also waiting for an answer or hint to proceed further
