Every time lately I have sent a push notification using the cloud services it sends successfully, returning a 201 success, but if I check on the status of this message afterwards it’s status displays as “locked”.
No amount of time seems to have an impact on this. It always shows as “locked” and is never received by any device. This also seems to have something to do with sending a notification out to a single user. If I send it out to all users using the cloud website, they are received.
