I’m trying to push a IOs notification but when i start my app into my iphone…nothing alert appear to said me if i want to allow the notifications or alerts like an other IOs APPs.

Does your app have push notification functionality build in? Setting up the required certificates is part of the story. Do you use a plugin like https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugin-push ?
