Pull to Refresh with native scroll enabled?

Hi guys, did anyone find any solutions to “Pull to Refresh” with native scroll enabled?
without native scroll enabled for android device, scrolling is just slow, so is better to use native scroll. However, as all know, PTR is not working with native scroll, so would like make something to work with native scroll enabled.

Does any one already have solution for this?

That makes me feel sad… the only bad performance i’m seeing is the scroll action in webview…
