Pull to refresh appears at the top, but how make it appears e.g. in the middle of the page. How change position of pull to refresh

Look at screen please. How can i change place of appearing pull to refresh from top of page to the place which i marked ?

How about you disable the spinner of the pull-to-refresh, and in your called function show an $ionicLoading ?
