Problem on WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

I’am trying create a video recorder, but on call startRecordVideo function return error: “Illegall Access”.

I open camera normally, but i can’t start video recorder.

The problema is in the permission WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE i bielive.

But, i searched extensively, and don’t found solution.
