Problem about slideBox

I want to fixed the button in all the pages.

but make sure the slider-pager is under of this button and infomation

So what I mean is that I want something fixed in the slider. How can I do?
I try make 2 slider-box . one is without slider-pager. another is with slider-pager.

but when I drag the page of slider-box1 slider-pager of slider2 is not synchronous。
although I click the next and pre button. It works well.
