Plugin problem

Hi, i’m producing an app in ionic v1.
I install plugins like fileTransfer, fileOpener2,file, inAppBrowser,ecc… but my code doesn’t work.
I note that i don’t have the file 030_update_platform_config.js … it is a problem?
