I want to add a contact us page to my Ionic 3 app, I just find the mail solution : https://www.thepolyglotdeveloper.com/2016/05/send-emails-ionic-2-mobile-app-via-rackspace-mailgun-api/ . But for me it didn’t work yet the part with mailgun is not explain.
Someone did something similar ?
is there any other option ?

make a small in-app browser page which has contact page of your website!

It sounds like your problem is not about Ionic itself, it is about Mailgun setting. So, I am not sure that you must ask that question in this forum. Maybe you need go to forum Mailgun page and ask about your issue.
