New to ionic 4 how to trigger a location trigger local notification from background

Hi Guys,
new enough to implementing with native controls, trying to get a location based local notification to work!

wondering where should I implement it if I want it to be reachable in the background - and should it be called by a watch() or background geolocation? Opened to suggestions :slight_smile:
