# My ionic framework app builds and says package will be emailed but I don't get the package in email

Hi there. I can export my app to a package and it builds and says package will be sent to you email.

But I don’t get the email.

Whats happening?

Please help.

Your email provider is probably blocking it. It might be too large for their system, or the filter based on the attachment type. Check those options with them.

But how can you check that? If it just doesn’t come in, how to check that it didn’t come in?
