Maps with pull-down views (like foursquare)

Hello, scale and blur effects are very cool but only works in browser, tested on iOS and Android devices, pull up worked but not pull down :frowning:

yes, was settings in config.xml, i think it was
<preference name="DisallowOverscroll" value="false"/>
