Make Android default for mobile or anywhere else?

I’m looking for it everywhere and i don’t find the way to make the default theme to alway be Android for mobile only or for another project i will reveal here latter.

Hi, i already saw this but it do not tell me how to make Android default, This is for a mobile web version. I just want the Android for default theme
