Não consegui resolver este problema no Ionic 3. Migrei meu projeto para Ionic 4 que não apresenta o mesmo problema.
Its not ionic problem, it’s vs-code issue, i tried to use a different editor and everything works fine.
Check your settings.json if you are using visual-code. Change maintainFileSearchCache to false
"search.maintainFileSearchCache": false
