Issue : scroll postition is changing when clicked on header bar

I have a scroll view, when I click on ion-header the scroll position is changing , its being scrolled to top. Is it a bug?

No, it is a feature that you can disable http://ionicframework.com/docs/api/directive/ionHeaderBar/
