Issue buiding my app

I work on Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS 64 bits

My system information:

Cordova CLI: 6.5.0
Ionic CLI Version: 2.2.1
Ionic App Lib Version: 2.2.0
ios-deploy version: Not installed
ios-sim version: Not installed
OS: Linux 4.4
Node Version: v4.2.6
Xcode version: Not installed

I have an issue with ionic when i am running the following command

sudo ionic build android

i have the following message :

Running command: /var/ionic/MySideMenuApp/hooks/after_prepare/010_add_platform_class.js /var/ionic/MySideMenuApp

Error: Failed to find ‘ANDROID_HOME’ environment variable. Try setting setting it manually.
Failed to find ‘android’ command in your ‘PATH’. Try update your ‘PATH’ to include path to valid SDK directory.

Could you me to you to solve this problem

You should search that error, it’s extremely common and means you haven’t setup your android sdk properly.

As a side note you probably don’t want to use sudo to build to android.
