# Is there any plugin or service for live customer chat with Ionic app?

I’m looking for a plugin or any third party service which I can integrate with my ionic app to have a line customer chat like help desk… If any one has any idea please share it.

You can use socketIO. It will take a little work to get it set up, but you can totally get this to work.

If you want to implement this on your own you will need websockets… if it is with nodejs and socketIO or another technology. But there are good live-support providers, which you can use mobile and connect the IM app of the user like whatsapp, fb chat or hangouts.
