I am creating an app for personal safety, the idea is to take my position from time to time and send to the server.
I wonder if there is a way to create a thread that would be running even after switching off the mobile screen.
Does anyone know how to do this?
This raises a few question. As far as background jobs go, there are some plugins out there that will handles this
Though it’s worth noting, that both apple and google have very strict rules around both background geolocation and background processes.
