Is HE-AAC v2 supported?

is there any way to add compability with HE-AAC v2 audio format to ionic ?

This hasn’t much to do with Ionic, it depends on the underlying system. From a quick search it seems that both iOS and Android should already support HE-AAC v2 decoding.
