Is cordova-plugin-ionic-webview compatible with v1?

I’m trying to use cordova-plugin-ionic-webview with v1
but links does not works anymore, when i click any link nothing happen.

I was using in the past:


but got issue lately with the screen going crazy, the header disappear when the keyboard hides.

Happened with me as well. So, did https://ionicframework.com/docs/v3/wkwebview/#downgrading-to-uiwebview

Yes, downgrading to UIWebView saved me.
Isn’t wasn’t supposed to be deprecated?
