Is any subscription service necessary to complete the app?

just registered as developer

since my first app it will probably be more an experiment I would like to know if is possible to complete all the process from develop to store publishing without paying any ionic subscription

from pricing price i guess is required to pay for apps that use notification or other subrisction services

is that correct?

Ionic is open source and free to use, you can deploy apps to the app store without any kind of payment. You are correct that you will only ever need to pay if you want to use Ionic’s cloud services (like push notifications): http://ionic.io/
