I’m working on iPhone 7 plus, iOS 11 with ion-textarea. When I try to tap away from theion-textarea, in 95% of the cases I need to tap several times for the keyboard to disappear. Is there a good solution to this issue, as the UX gets really bad when you can’t tap away on the first tap.

put this anywhere outside the textarea and it will work just fine!
