[Ionic v4] Creating /ngx/ folder on Ionic-Native wrapper

I’m creating a Ionic Native (5.0.0-beta.15) wrapper for a Cordova plugin, but the docs doesn’t explain how to create the ngx/ folder.

How could I do it?
