I am looking to build a new app and ran into Ionic. My app needs to run on the Snapdragon HDK that runs android and on Jetson Xavier NX which has a Linux OS running on arm64, Is Ionic compatible with these platforms? In addition can I write my backend with Java, Python or Node.js? (Spring boot/Django/Node.js) I need to call functions from Java and C++ libraries,
