Ionic horizontal scroll not working in kitkat version of android

Ionic horizontal scroll not working in android lower versions of android. I need to target all the android users and so i need to know if anyone tested horizontal scroll with kitkat version of android. It is not working in lower versions of kitkat below 4.4.4. But it works fine in all the other versions of android. I am using ionic version 1.2.4. Any help would be appreciated. :slight_smile:
