Ionic doesn't launch on android 7

I had to downgrade my app from targetSDK 25 to 23. <preference name="android-targetSdkVersion" value="23"/> Ensured I was on the latest crosswalk-webview for safe keeping (v2.3.0) Removed android platform and added it back. Now my app doesn’t crash on launch on devices running Android 7+
