Ionic Creator Developer Wanted- Short term now with long-term possibilities

Hi. I want to use Ionic Creator to build a series of six apps. However, I have limited knowledge about it, so I do not know even how to craft a Proposal/ Statement of Work without sounding like an idiot. I am hoping to talk with someone, preferably on the phone, about my needs and then go from there. I would pay for the phone consult. I speak English and am available 9am-10pm Central Time.

Can anyone recommend someone for this phone call and later work?

The apps are educational in nature.
