Ionic creating space for Banner ads

I want to create space for banner ads with overlay set to true.

Meaning that the banner ads will not create space automatically but will overlap the content.

Any way I can set the margin for the entire app so that all the content is pushed up or to the bottom?

I have similar problem.

the cancel button of action sheet will cover by ad banner sometimes.

but I think we should resize the view manually
