when i run the command ionic build windows, i am getting the above error, please help

Hello Shasikant, i browsed the forum and found another post from you about how to build xap through ionic, now my app is up and running on my mobile successfully,i need to publish it after testing, but anyways i am finding issues with UI, thank you for your response,
