i want to learn ionic to build apps. Have anyone idea for a simple App to start?
There are several great resources that will introduce you to building Ionic apps, take a look at https://ionicframework.com/docs/developer-resources/# for some starting points. The classic To-DO app is always worth creating.

I would suggest picking up a good book on Angular, as these are foundational elements for the framework.
angular.io has a great tutorial, Tour of Heroes, that will introduce you to these concepts.
