# Ionic app can not access internet

My App runing well on browser, but it is not able to access internet from emulator and device

I have add  
\< plugin name=“cordova-plugin-whitelist” spec="~1.2.0"/\>  
\< access origin="_"/\>  
\< allow-intent href="http://_/_"/\>  
\< allow-intent href="https://_/_"/\>  
\< allow-navigation href="_" /\>

also change  
\< meta http-equiv=“Content-Security-Policy” content=“default-src \*; style-src ‘self’ ‘unsafe-inline’; script-src ‘self’ ‘unsafe-inline’ ‘unsafe-eval’”\>

but still not able to access internet
