Just bootstrap a new project with ionic start and get it from there

I am using ionic 4.12, did’t face any issue

That is what reference apps are for;) Go here: https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-conference-app

See master branch and check its package.json. Conference app should be your reference for most stable versions of ionic and core dependencies.
