What are you trying to archive when setting a `innerHtml` on a `ion-textarea` component?

What does the `data` looks like?

So for example `data` is `<strong>Test</strong>` and you should be able to edit this in the textarea?

What **innerHtml** would compile to, would be:

```auto
<ion-textarea>
  <strong>
    Test
  </strong>
</ion-textarea>
```

and that’s not how textareas work. You can just create a variable, apply it as `ngModel` and assign the data to it
